Here’s what I’m doing:

1. I’m leaving a $997 deposit and applying to speak with Terry about my current Commercial Real Estate Property Acquisition & Repositioning strategies.

This is what I know will happen next:

• I will schedule my call with Terry and he will personally contact me via Skype or Phone at the time I choose.

• Terry and I will mutually determine if this is right for me. If so, we will layout an immediate commercial property investment plan to bring in a windfall of cash for me.

• If Terry and I decide we’re not a good “fit” - no harm, no foul.

• If Terry and I decide we are a good fit, I will become a client. I understand that the fees start out at $5,000 and range up to $20,000 per month based on the size, scale, and scope of the our training and deals together.

• As a client, Terry will personally help me implement a profitable commercial property acquisition and repositioning campaigns that generates long term predictable income.

• The SOLE PURPOSE of this relationship is for me to make more money in my real estate investing business while delivering even greater value to my marketplace and having lots of fun in the process.

• If, at any time, I want to leave the relationship, I can - and I will never be billed again.
